MERCILESS: 'Unbound' To Be Re-Released On Vinyl

War Anthem Records will re-release the classic "Unbound" album on vinyl from Swedish thrashers MERCILESS on August 9 to coincide with the band's 20-year anniversary celebration at the Party.San Open Air festival (which will be held August 9-11, 2007 in Bad Berka, Germany).

MERCILESS was one of the first underground death/thrash metal bands in Sweden, inspired by such early extreme acts as KREATOR, SODOM, DESTRUCTION and BATHORY. After two legendary albums ("The Awakening" in 1989 and "The Treasures Within" in 1991),the group recorded a milestone of Swedish death/thrash metal called "Unbound".
